Personal coaching experience in gymnastics, acrobatics and trampolines.

I’m experienced with leading group and individual courses working with both kids and adults.
Currently, my main focus is on instructing aerial artists and dance performers to elevate their acrobatic skills. However, if you are interested in personal training to improve your current level or a specific skill, let’s get in touch!
Individual Training
I offer individual lessons for both children and adults. I focus on training for:
- Adult beginners: Want to stretch your body and feel better? We’ll learn handstands, cartwheels, flips, or somersaults.
- Aerial acrobats: Are you interested in adding elements like an elbow star, handstand, front or back walkover, or acrobatic transitions to your choreography?
- Advanced gymnasts: Struggling with the aerial cartwheel, bridge kickover, twists, or double somersaults? I can help you reach your goals.

🤸 Acrobatic Workshop on Sunday, November 24, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Tyršův Dům, Gym T2. 🤸
The workshop is intended for beginners and intermediate participants and will be adapted to the current abilities of attendees. In the first part, we will practice together; in the second part, we will split up according to each person’s level and goals.
What will we learn? 🤸
- How to start? Hand support, positioning of hands, elbows, and shoulders
- How to do a cartwheel? Basic rules and tips for proper execution (not only for beginners)
- Bridge and its variations (standing bridge), acrobatic flow with a bridge on the floor
- Handstand basics, preparation for hand walking, and hand walking
- How to start with a handspring? Warm-up exercises for shoulders and back
- Leg flexibility and mobility: Supportive exercises for proper body posture
🤸 Handstand Workshop #2 on Sunday, December 1, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Tyršův Dům, Gym T2. 🤸
The workshop is intended for beginners and intermediate participants and will be adapted to the current abilities of attendees. In the first part, we will practice together; in the second part, we will split up according to each person’s level and goals.

- How to start? Transferring weight onto the hands, proper hand and shoulder positioning
- Using the wall for support: Exercises utilizing the wall (not only for beginners)
- Freestanding handstand: Core strengthening exercises
- Handstand positions and correct posture: Straight, straddle, scissors, stag (and transitions)
- Handstand entries: Different ways to get into a handstand
- Preparatory wall-supported handstand positions to improve pelvic and shoulder alignment
- Individual recommendations for home exercises based on current skill level and posture
